TheChuckHart - January 6, 2013I will echo what ha already been said - tastes like an alcoholic homemade ginger ale. Medium gold in color with a frothy long-lasting head. Light and easy drinking. An excellent choice for someone who doesn't like regular beers or for someone who wants to try something different. Drink it chilled in a tall glass with a slice of lemon.
home brewer - September 12, 2012Sweet like soda with a delicate ginger flavor. Head is frothy... Best served with a glass full of ice and a slice of lime. So refreshing and light... Tastes like a ginger like pie!
