Very bitter and dry. Citrusy and slightly astringent.

This is an excellent IPA from White Salmon, a small town in Washington. Big hop flavor but not overwhelming. I'd recommend this to anyone who would like to try a great craft brew! Also worth note... It's very similar to my favorite: Bale Breaker's "Top Cutter" from Moxee, WA (where most of the hops are grown for entire industry, macro and micro).
