Phenomenal beer. Brown ale Belgian style and very drinkable. 7.5% is a perfect percentage for this beer. It's very tasty, but not overwhelming. One of my favorite beers because of how perfect it is. Don't expect something you have never had, Just something so perfect you'll be begging for more.

Dark cola color. Aroma is pretty fantastic, but subtle even near room temp. Fruit ester and sweet malt prominently. Flavor is like good port wine or brandy, mildly fruity but not smooth like you'd expect. Crisp and off-dry. No lingering aftertaste and not a lot of complexity, so not my first pick for a dubbel.

Light head. Very dark red color. No distinct aroma. Med smoothness with "typical" ale flavoring

Heavy but not too alcoholic.
