Typical stout flavors... A little more bubbles and a less thick head... Cellared for 2 years, keeps very well in the right conditions. Had on Memorial Day 2016.

Boom! Flavor explosion! Coffee, vanilla, chocolate!!! Not too sweet, but loaded with flavor, and well balanced. Im a stout fan, travel for work, drink craft beer frequently, found this beer in North Carolina, blown away!!!

For non-Ipa drinkers, this one could seem a tad bitter, but there is so much chocolate and coffee sweetness that it's balanced nicely

Slight carb, fairly smooth. Mid bodied. Burnt, coffee, some sweetness. Flavor lasts fairly long. Could be thicker. 3.75
