Malty taste. Thick foamy head. Mild to strong flavor of hops. Hit of crepe/grapefruit. One of the better Dog Fish Head brews.

Bland not expected from this brewery

This particular one is made with Syrah grape. I am not normally an IPA person but this softens the sour. There is a citrus and finish that is fresh with a touch of sour. You can smell the grape influence

Not an IPA guy by any stretch of the imagination, however this and 90 minute, hands down my two favorite IPAs..Dogfish could even make an IPA hater like myself a believer..They make them properly, nice earthy hop explosion immediately which transitions into a smooth crisp refreshing aftertaste.. not a lingering bitter, nasty aftertaste like most of the IPAs on the market

What a IPA is and should be. Hopped end taste like a breath mint.

VERY bitter, as you might expect.
