Clear dark walnut color. Head dissipates quickly. About all I'm getting from nose are some toasty aromas. Deceptively light for 10 ABV. Amazingly fine bubbles - almost like good Champagne. Tart with light hop character. Nice treat.

The first thing you notice is the overwhelming smell of wine. Ages in Cabernet barrels, this tart ale isn't hiding its trade secrets very well. The taste? Unlike anything you have ever had. Prepare your taste buds because you'll either dislike it - much - or you'll greatly appreciate it. Either way, you're better off enjoying this as you sip it with dessert.

Deliciously sour. You can smell the wood on the nose, along with a sour raisiny notes Can really taste the cabernet barrels. Champagne like effervescence, sour raisin, and a hint of sour cherry, then more oak on the finish. Less sour as it warms up.

A beautiful burgundy sour, less sweetness than the Temptation. A nice change when the other sour's begin to taste the same.
