Esta rara Cerveja de Trigo e Mel distingue-se de todas as outras no mundo por utilizar em sua composição uma mistura equilibrada de méis de abelhas africanizadas e europeias. Elaborada artesanalmente com maltes de trigo e de cevada importados, mel, lúpulo, levedura de alta fermentação, além da famosa água do aquífero Guarany, esta cerveja ligeiramente doce e refrescante revela todas suas qualidades quando degustada bem gelada com uma fatia de limão ou laranja presa à borda do copo. Tem teor alcoólico estimado em 5,5%. A Colorado foi a 1ª microcervejaria do país a fabricar este tipo de cerveja sempre com a convicção que este estilo algum dia faria grande sucesso no Brasil.
