Rhoobarb - January 1, 2014From 22oz bomber into a pint glass. Nice tan head that persists. Black as night! Aroma of caramel and figs. Sweet malt flavor. Not much hops, despite the bottle's promise. Also missing any roast, which is really needed here. Too sweet for a true Impy Stout. A decent beer, but not one I'd seek out. Add some roast and/or hops to balance it out and I'd revisit it.
