This is why I love craft beer. Take a relatively light, simple style, and add these Citra hops: it's herbal, grassy, floral, and citric, and it blends perfectly with the refreshingly pure, only slightly malty backbone. The Citra hops make this blonde ale unique and provocative. Like a New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc. Fantastic and fun, a real winner!

Strong initial flavor is a little bitter, followed by a faint citrus flavor. I don't dislike it, but not something I'll be searching for.

Golden with a big white head. Lots of bubbles. Piney with a hint of citrus. Balanced hoppiness. Piney hops do dominate but not really bitter. finishes clean. Refreshing. Draft
