Heavy chocolate, best in a small glass to enjoy aroma, alcohol is hidden

Taste like a malted Hershey bar. Cloying sweetness and high ABV burn too much for me. Tempted to add a scoop of vanilla ice cream to it and make a stout float!

Great if you like chocolate

Wonderfully rich chop late molasses flavor. Creamy thick body with rich full flavors.

Dark bittersweet chocolate taste, but not overly sweet. Absolutely delicious dessert beer. Creamy smooth. Bottle, March 2014.

Beautiful chocolate bouquet and finely pronounced chocolate taste. A very good chocolate stout

Chocolate evident as soon as the cap popped off and at first sip. Finally - Truth in the name that you can actually taste the chocolate. Smooth. Not too bitter. Not as frothy in the mouth as some others - kind of gets creamy-like. Loved it. 22 oz (650 ml) bottle and 10% alcohol. Look out!

This is very good. One of the few beers with chocolate in the name and you actually taste the chocolate.
