Nice smooth textured, smooth tasting porter. Sweet on the palette, Overall good sipping beer as noted.

This is a good beer. It has an "Imperial" taste to it (you can taste the 8% ABV) but it's not a deterrent. Nice chocolate tones and a smooth finish. If you like chocolate stouts (especially imperial stouts) this is worth a try.

Excellent robust porter, chocolate malts are very present; however, it claims to have been brewed with cocoa nibs and whole vanilla beans, neither of which were noticeable during the tasting. Overall, enjoyable beer!
