Malty like a black lager, lack of creaminess and lactose sugar which u expect from a milk stout..subtle chocolate notes peak through which almost give off a bitterness.. Disappointed and overrated ... Certainly not top 100 material... Maybe 3 stars at best
Cellar Dweller - January 16, 2016Pours black with a thick tan head. Has a little vegetable smell. Tastes lightly of coffee and even lighter of chocolate. Feels thicker than it seems. Not bad just not great.
