prhubbard - January 11, 2015One of the worse beers I have ever tasted. Burned all the way down and I felt sick. I know it has chipotle in it (though only listed in the ingredients not on the front label - it only says "Texas Ranger Porter") and chipotle is ok, but this was bad. Poured it out and THAT says much. I don't waste beer. Never again. Never!
tunhuk - February 5, 2014Wow! A five star brew totally unexpected on a wednesday evening at home. So much flavor and then that little extra chipotle spice that just makes it so much more interesting and special!
quara0 - November 14, 2012Dark coffee tones with chocolate and chipotle aftertaste. A nice blend of spices but not overpowering.
timber! - October 2, 2011Pours very dark with thick creamy caramel colored head. Lot of lacing.

Sweet caramel nose with slight spice. Smoky taste with full body. Light to mid carbonation.
Overall very good porter but could have had more spice
