One of the highest IBU ratings (103.1) I've tried so far in my beer quest. Really liked it, very piney hoppy taste but not As tart/ bitter as I expected it might be. Very nice!

Overall good IPA. Deep golden color, clean n filtered, solid malt backbone. Woodsy earthy hops, bottle, July 2015.

HOLY SCROTUM STUCK IN A MEAT GRINDER!!!! This is, by far, the most bitter IPA I've ever enjoyed. At 103.1 IBUs, Chinookie is oozing with pine and grapefruit aroma and flavor. The use of Chinook, Cascade, and Centennial hops in both the brewing and dry-hopping process gives this brew a full-flavored bitterness that you will not forget! Proceed with caution!

Not bad. Wish it had more of a bold flavor.
