bill@homebrewingnews.com - January 24, 2016Yeasty to the nose with just a hint of sour cherry. Flavor is sour yeast and malty with a subtle sour cherry flavor in the finish. Finishes pretty dry for a sour just short of puckering. Could use a bit more cherry but good.
