bugs318 - July 4, 2013This is more of a lagered Saison than a Belgian Pale, but the Belgians don't confine themselves by style, so meh! Pours a hazy dark yellow, with a splendid white frothy head of good retention. Nose is of rind, earthy must, and a touch of mild peachy fruit. Taste is similar with an earthy dryness and a faint tartness. Medium bodied and fully carbonated, and entirely drinkable for its 8%
