Less hoppy than some IPAs and tastes like grapefruit. Meh.

A good brew from the Kona Brewing Co. A little lighter for an IPA.

Abv is 6.0%..correct that.. Average ipa drinkable but nothing memorable.. Subtle hops with an aftertaste that doesn't linger.. 2.5 stars

Never matches the crown jewel J'Ai Alai, but best IPA I could find in Orlando. Hello, your neighbor in Tampa is king. Get them on distribution list!

Good, smooth, spicy

Very mild for an IPA

The initial pour surprised me with its bouquet of spices and a gentle citrus. Not a very heady pour but it's a nice crisp golden brown color & looking at it almost makes my mouth water! When the initial taste hits your throat you are instantly grabbed by how well balanced and flavorful this is! A strong yet smooth grapefruit hits and lingers all the way down, slightly bitter but very sweet! The follow through is the same, a gentle grapefruit that slowly fades into the nothing before you reach for another mouthful !
9.5 Highly recommended!
