IBUs - 28. 22oz bottle into a Pilsner glass. Pours a copper Amber color, it almost looks like an Amber Ale. 1/2" head that disappears quickly, but leaves behind some lacing. This beer seems to be pretty heavily carbonated. Aroma is caramel, malt, yeast and sweetness. Taste is much the same with slight spicy hop character, salty and a dry finish. Light bodied with a light/medium creamy mouthfeel. Appearance is very cloudy, the beer is inundated with what appears to be yeast particles? If so I've never seen so much in a single beer, especially a CPA. Maybe a bad batch? It doesn't appear to influence the taste but it makes the beer appear cloudy. Pretty well balanced with a subdued hop finish. Smooth, crisp and easy to drink. Overall, not a bad beer but nothing special. Might have it again if my options were limited.

Hoppy with a wheaty aftertaste. Little bit of lemon in there too at the end.
