spark540 - December 11, 2014Also being sold as Bonanza brown ale. I thought it was a new beer but realized its Tenaya Creek's Calico with a different name. I wouldn't have bought it if I knew that. Pours a dark amber almost mahogany with barely any head. Nutty malt aroma with a hint of soy sauce. Very generic brown ale with no complexity. Toasty malt flavor with minimal hop bitterness and some carbonation. This beer is so boring it was tough to even write this review.
