bfbh - August 23, 2016Robust is a good descriptor. Appearance: dense and dark. No transparency. Leaves little lacing. Aroma: woody, but not overly strong. Taste: not terribly strong but has a sweet finish which is a bit unusual for a porter (disclosure: I got no description of the type of porter it is supposed to be). Summary: I've had much better porters but it is not terrible, particularly if you are okay with a sweeter finish.
zach.reimer@icloud.com - August 11, 2016Like others have said, it is very dark for an amber, and it tastes more like a stout. That being said it is very drinkable and enjoyable in addition to being unusual.
