Noel matured in oak casks previously containing Cotes de Nuits wine. Despite my vintage being 2015 and it now being 6 years later (the booklet says it can be aged 2-3 years or even longer) I?m still loving it. Gotta love the Belgians! Sweet and slightly acidic and oaky wine casky. A good amount of sediment but it makes me feel like I?m tasting history, and apparently it?s already gone to my head. Pairing great with Cabot seriously sharp.

Worst crap I have ever tasted Like pickle juice both in smell and taste Extreme waste of good money!!!!!!

Really good for a bierre de champagne, not a style I'm typically fond of. Very expensive though, so probably wouldn't buy again.
