Big pop on the cork. Pours a hazy copper color with a thick white head. Sharp yeasty nose. Taste is super sharp and yeasty, also has a lemony taste to it. Gets less sharp as it warms. Light mouthfeel with high carbonation. Dry finish.

Strong taste of alcohol, whiskey. Looks thick but tastes thin and fairly watery. Medium white/Belgian flavor is complex. No hops. Smooth throughout. 2/2014

Like pear, apple cider. Bubbly like champaign.

Good but fairly standard for a Belgian.

Dry and a relatively light body belgian style. Has a bit of a sour aftertaste. Not unpleasant, but pronounced.

Nice lightly tart nose. Barnyard funky taste with a nice extreme tingly effervescent carbonation.

07JUL13, Coy's house 22oz, goblet Pours a hazy copper color with a thick white head. Probably should be 2 full fingers, but I overpoured mine (3+ fingers) and under poured Steve (1/2 finger). Has a sharp yeasty nose. Taste is immediately sharp and yeasty. Makes one say wow. Really light mouthfeel with high carbonation. Big pop on the cork. Really dry finish. Nose is uniquely sweet and sharp. Flavor while yeasty, has a lemony citrusyness to it. Very Brett. Gets less sharp as it warms. Very good, fresh tasting. Apparently it's the first batch release from August 2012. A lot more active than at first, and maybe a little sharper.

DELICIOUS wild ale. Man, where to begin...funky, musty Brett in the aroma, taste of Brett with tropical fruit and funktasticness all throughout, great dry finish. One solid, ever changing, delicious wild ale. A favorite.
