SRM11. Foamy head with moderate retention. Complete opaque with color of apple juice. Medium rising bubbles. Aroma is of jam and molasses. Delicious taste to match. Very carbonated with medium mouth coating body. Noticeable alcohol and short finish. Would give this 4.5 stars but the carbonation is too much for my taste. Will make you burp like Barny on the Simpsons

Banana and clove aroma and flavor. Comfortable bitterness, has minty like flavors and coolness, but isn't minty. Can't explain that very well. Has a lingering dryness. Excellent Belgian lace left behind the thick, long lasting head. Moderately full body. Highly carbonated. I really like this beer!

Actually I had the Brugse Zot from De Halve MaanBrewery (not on list). Full bodied though not overwhelmingly Belgian taste. Could be a great beer from somewhere else.

Light but a bit creamier. $5.99/bottle. Little silky on mouthfeel. Little spicy. Clean finish. Doesn't seem worth the price.
