Had on tap in Brussels. A little too fruity (floral / lemon). Wait! Just noticed bar tender put a lemon wedge in the glass... Will have to retry

I've had this beef ONCE when I was out in Europe. Tasted it in France, loved it. But I can't find it in the states.
