A little hoppy

Nice single hop smell. More of a winter ale than a winter warmer. Not what I expected, but nice spices on an ale without the super malty warmer flavor. But nice, crisp, good finish

Not memorable but not bad. Good seasonal sipper. Smooth with hints of toffee. However there is a subtle flavour that throws it off a bit, and I can't quite figure out what it is. 3.5 stars
