klsywd - January 13, 2013Peach aroma. Oaky, Chardonnay like flavor. A little sour (in a good way), taste is not super fruity. A must try if you like wine barrel aged beers.
pogo177 - March 13, 2012Hazy straw color. Small head. Sweet aroma with peaches on the back end. Nice dry mouthfeel from the addition of sugars in the kettle. Mild sweetness with just a hint of peaches towards the middle to end. Finishes dry.

Sam Daley - September 14, 2011Cloudy straw color with an effervescent head that gradually fades to bubbly clumps. Estery nose. Well balanced flavor, like Orval with peach undertones. Oak detectable as a dry finish. 10.5% alcohol sneaks up on you.
