Deep orange-reddish color. Slightly sweet nose with raisin overtones and definite bourbon. Full-bodied with alcohol warmth. Bourbon flavor is up front but not strong. Sweet and malty with complex fruit and smoke flavors.

Very good. Not sure what I was expecting, but it wasn't this. Very subdued for a Quad and the barrel aging does not make the flavors too confusing or over-run by Bourbon flavor. A tiny bit of alcohol comes through on the back end, but a very even flavor throughout.
