Perfection! Amazing black stout with a thin dark tan head that fades away quickly. Sweet smells of coconut, vanilla, bourbon and coffee make you pause to savor the aroma before you taste. Then all of those flavors hit your taste buds in a lightly viscous sweet syrup. Are those angels singing? Hell yes! Then an incredible coconut macaroon aftertaste that lingers almost as long as the sticky residue on your lips. Awesome beer! Get one!

This is an amazing beer. Sweet aroma. Black as night color. Excellent flavor. Molasses. Coconut. Viscous texture. Unexpectedly good. Wow. Fantastic.

Brewed in honor of the 1000th batch at Goose Island's original Clybourn brewpub. A liquid as dark and dense as a black hole with a thick foam the color of bourbon. An intense nose of charred oak, chocolate, vanilla and smoke with the same flavors with a touch of sweetness in the flavor. 13% ABV. $$$$

The blackest of blacks, no light can be seen through the glass, little coconut flakes float on top, aroma of macaroons, vanilla, chocolate, maple syrup, espresso, mouthfeel is viscous and smooth, super complex flavors of oak, bourbon, plus everything I mentioned above, with the most incredible toasted coconut that lingers on the finish until the next sip, yowza! This is a killer beer!
