2017 aged and drank January 2021. Wonderfully smooth and caramel flavor.

2016 edition with 9.0 ABV. Opaque black with little to no head. Rich aromas of chocolate and plum fill the nose. Rich with fine, modest carbonation. Toffee and chocolate dominate the palate. Modest hop bitterness.
Wow!

02:22:13 Aromas of strong bourbon, burnt sugar, smoke and dates. Grapefruit and cherries blend to strong molasses, caramel and balanced bourbon, finishing with bitter chocolate and grapefruit again. With an intriguing almond after note.
