B-. Had a big sour barrel flavor and not enough malt. 2014 tried 8-15-18, maybe try fresher.

Extremely boozy... The excessive bourbon unfortunately gives this beer an almost sour and tart flavor... Still extremely drinkable and enjoyable for the huge abv, but was looking for some of that malty character from a Scottish ale...

Excellent. A new 5 star rating. Nice taste. Not bitter. Bourbon undertone.
