Not my favorite boulevard brew, too boozy for me, I'm more of an IPA guy. Still love the brewery though. (Enjoyed on tap)

Seems to have a licorice finish.

Too sweet for my liking. Solid otherwise.

Nice smooth, mellow stout. Pours black with a thick, frothy tan head. Mild smells of coffee, chocolate and oak tannins. Tastes similar with slight hints of vanilla, toasted coconut and bourbon in the finish. Silky smooth mouthfeel and little trace of the alcohol. Everything in this beer is gentle and subdued but it works very well. Great beer.

Awesome imperial stout! Not too much chocolate, good carbonation and mouthfeel, and a boozy finish but not overpowering,
