Rockhopper - March 9, 2019Nice dark pour with foamy cocoa brown head. Nice retention. Aroma is straight cocoa to me. Flavor is more complex, chocolate, maybe a hint of cola, and little PB, if any in this batch. More bitterness in this brew than desirable. Mutes the other flavors a bit.
