750ml, cork flew off with tons of pressure, 2010 Straw yellow color, huge head with large bubbles that quickly disappeared, no lacing Tons of funk, vinegar, citrus, sour apple, yeast, banana? Sour apple, grape, lemon, yeast, not very complex Medium to thin body, highly carbonated, fairly watery

Absolutely quintessential true lambic. Bested by few such as cantillon or tilquen.

As far as lambics, to date this is absolute worst. Very grassy nose. Compost / manure taste. Ok, second bottle, definitely a manure pallet!!!!!!
