bugs318 - April 21, 20132008 vintage consumed in 2013. Cork well in tact and little to no evident oxidation or light penetration. Pours a golden body with a quickly receding white head, though tight thin lace remains upon glass movement. Sweetly tart nose of apples and cherries, taste is very bold and acidic, but not boozy at all with a nice substantial tingly carbonation and medium full body to complement the tart flavour. A solid gueuze!
