C+ to B-. Aroma and flavors of roasted chocolate malt, with a bit of honey. Very smooth.
Fonar - November 26, 2015Opaque, deep rich brown pour with a light brown head that dissipates quickly leaving light lacing. Aroma: Kind of mild nose --not a lot coming through -- maybe some mild malt roastiness. Taste: initial sweet milk chocolate, with a lingering coffee-like bitterness. But milder than other milk stouts. Mouthfeel: Light body with moderately high carbonation with a crispness.
