bugs318 - July 25, 2012Correction: this is a saison! Excellent white head with slight retention and negligible lace atop a cloudy dark yellow body. Slight pear and spicy yeast aromas, with a touch of citrus. Taste is mostly sweet up front with fermenting fruit and light traces of yeasty spice. Moderately dry finish in a jointly faint hops and yeast spice fashion. Well carbonated and light bodied, yet nonetheless fairly smooth. Easy drinking, yet enjoyable for that. Better than anticipated.
