weberlee3@gmail.com - February 9, 2019From a bottle bought at Summit Beer Shop in Mount Holly, NC. I first had this a while ago and have it the same rating as I would now. This is a very, very good brew that should be taken very seriously. Carmel, vanilla and a little dark fruit. And of course the cherry on top is the bourbon. But I think it still finishes a little weak or I would have rated even higher.
clipinski13 - January 22, 2019This is one of the best barrel-aged brews I?ve had to date! An orgy of rich flavors!!! Starting with aromas of light scotch, drink this brew a bit on the warmer side to experience nuances of caramel, dark fruit, and spiciness with rich, oaky, bourbon warmth throughout. An excellent sipping brew! At 11.2% ABV, this creation will kick your ass as it seduces your taste buds!

brking69 - January 11, 2018Nice flavor. Once again Founders impresses me. Nice bourbon sweet flavor but not too sweet for me. Higher ABV. I don?t know if I would call this a wee heavy though. Id definitely get it again.
