HUGE beer! Pitch black with practically no head due to its 19 abv. Dark fruits chocolate a slight coffee and bourbon aroma. Cannot believe how well hidden the alcohol is with the burst of dark fruits and chocolate. Awesome stout

Huge chocolate smell, biscuity smell almost like a dog biscuit. Almost a cherry chocolate smell. AMAZING hidden alcohol, nice different chocolate taste, not a burn but a lingering hear and a molding chocolate flavor. Delicious, wonderful sipping beer, lives up to expectations wonderfully. Not as dark as I'd imagined but tastes just as

5/5. Enjoyed at cal poly with thanks to Tyler King of The Bruery and Owen Williams of Ritual Brewing (professor). Poured a pitch black as expected, with little to no head. A very strong aroma of bourbon immediately from the pour. This is a big beer. Initial taste of dark chocolate, which quickly fades into a bourbon tail that lingers just the right amount. The high alc is definitely present, but not overwhelming enough to hinder everything going on. As far as imperial stout's go, this beer is exceptional.
