Mine is a 90 min octo hopped ipa. I'm not sure it's the same beer. Bottle has a picture of an octopus as well. Any info?

My 1st black IPA & definitely a favorite. Smooth & bitter; coffee & chocolate notes that beautifully balance the bite. RJR has yet to disappoint.

Just what I love about black IPAs - some hoppy bitterness softened by coffee-chocolatey, stout-like undertones. A nice one for sure.

A - Opaque chocolatey brown with a thin dense dark cream colored head. Small amount of lacing. S - Strong malty, dark chocolatey smell. T -Dark chocolate notes. Slight bitterness. Smooth finish. Not overly bitter or sweet. Seems more like a stout over a black ale. M - A nice warmth from the alcohol. Not a lot of prickly carbonation. D - For a beer with a higher ABV it is very smooth. You could definitely get in trouble with this one.
