Black in color with a slight off white head and pleasingly pungent pine hop aromas. Very tasty and enjoyable the dark roasted malts work well with the bitter piney hops. A very solid and drinkable Black IPA that gets better as you sip it. Overall a decent beer

Good stuff. Nice and smooth with a little bitterness. Nothing super special, but very well done.

A very solid and drinkable Black IPA that continues to improve as it rests in the glass...which can't be said for all Black IPA's. A moderate roasty and hoppy start, but as it warms, it becomes fruity and sweet, which balances the darker tones nicely. Really a wonderful beer!

Wonderful black IPA. Dark black color with a thick silky smooth head. Aroma is a sharp hops with a soft malted ale lasting impression. The taste is malted barleys first with a bit of hops and even finish. 3.5 of 5 stars.
