Pretty smooth considering it's crushing alcohol content, but not smooth in general. Very sweet with molasses or maple notes, dark malt notes. It's interesting but a little too sweet in a strange way. At $1.69 for a 500mL bottle though, it's a pretty decent beer all things considered.

A bit thin (not a stout despite its dark color) with a coffee aftertaste. High ABV.

Medium to heavy body. Toffee and breast notes to the nose. Rich toffee and mocha notes on the palate. Very tasty. Alcohol a bit too present but then it is 9.4%. Overall delicious porter
