L´aroma è maltato e fortemente etilico. Il palato è colpito da un´amarezza piena e densa di luppolo, nella quale però affiora tutto il malto extra, per un gusto sorprendentemente bilanciato. Il finale è nocciolato e complesso. L´unione di dolcezza, amarezza, corpo e alcool rendono la Bière du démon un aperitivo ideale

Tastes more of alcohol than anything else. At 12% it will rock you. Drink slowly and pour with lots of action to get the carbonation up.
