luca.giorgetti79@gmail.com - July 17, 2015Una birra che profuma di malto , un tocco di caramello e sopratutto luppolo , a donare un erbaceo sentore che rimane nel naso.
Si presume che la birra Menabrea Ambrata con questi presupposti sia prevalentemente amaricante , ed in effetti è così , superata la fase abboccata in apertura il luppolo ci accompagna fino al finale , disturbato da alcune note di malto tostato , anzi quasi sbruciacchiato.
