2012 aged in bourbon barrels, tasted in 2018 December. Smooth, low hops, good taste of bourbon, but not hot. Rate an A.

A. 2015 was fairly smooth tasted in 2-1-17. Big booze with caramel and faint hops. Rye was more a B.

A+. Very good complexity with balance. Alcohol present, but not too aggressive.. I had the 2015 expedition.

Tastes like bourbon barrel aged big foot ale. i.e. Delicious. Lots of oak and lots of bourbon, very mild hops. But very good.

Dill, sweet soy sauce, and maple syrup on the nose. Oak and islay scotch and dill on the palette. Sweet and big and caramel tongue. Long lingering dreamy finish. Dill can be overpowering if you focus on it.
