Bitter hops. Moderate alcohol. Burnt Carmel and toffee. Earthy. Some pine and citrus.

Good IPA but prefer the Karl Strauss Tower 10 and Sierra Nevada Torpedo.

Good taste. Not overbearing or extra hoppy. Has a sort of dry after taste. Would get again. Not as good as Bells

So asking others I got "bland." In my opinion its a nice mix of Hops a slight malt taste. I liked this beer. I'd buy it again. Simply I felt this beer clearly demonstrated itself away far from the regular hops rich beers.

Woody, sweet aroma. Bitter, sweet taste with long, bitter finish. Reminds me of Dogfish 90.
