Wow!

Yuk. Think I got an infected or bad batch. Disgusting off flavors. Sour. Try again? Bottle from Houston, May 2013.

Sweet, nice malt body - a little too sweet, but a very nice beer
10/27/14, bottle. Loads of tropical fruit, like a stick of zebra stripe gum, in a good way. Not citrus, but floral, coconut, pineapple. Bitter finish.

Pours pretty dark for a DIPA. Pretty sweet nose. Definitely hoppy, but heavy malts as well. Somewhat syrupy. Not really my style.

Not bad considering it's Leinenkugel's

Surprising brew from Leiny... I'm so used to their fruity, sweet, wheat beers. This was not the best imperial IPA I've had but not bad. I think it's a discontinued brew because I bought a 4 pack for $3.98. Great deal for a DIPA

Nice little surprise from Leinenkugel. I kept expecting somebody to throw a raspberry in it while I wasn't looking. This was a pretty decent imperial IPA. I do believe it is discontinued though, because my local store was selling 4 packs for $3.98

First very good Leiny I've ever tasted.
Nice malt nose and a bitter finish. Didn't know you had it in ya Leinenkugel.

Subdued double, not much bitterness
