Aged it for 3 years. Very smooth.

Aroma: sweet honey, pissy/sewer smell, slight booziness Appearance: medium Amber with weird chunks, presumably yeast Taste: improved as it warmed, sweet, with some buttery notes, very little hop bitterness. Reminds me of a low quality Eastern European malt liquor or something. I like most of ommegang's stuff but I think they missed the mark on this one. Don't know much about this style though so maybe it's just my ignorance.

Delicious smooth flavorful biere de garde

Sweet, smooth, nice malt presence. It makes me feel like I did when I was 16 and this one girl kept looking at me in marching band. Then, late one night on the bus ride back from East Jesus Arizona she kissed me! Her lips were so sweet and her Hubba Bubba Bubble Gum still had flavor. Then, the next day, I told her she'd always be in my heart, but that I was saving myself for Oprah. She pushed me down and kicked me in the back. That's what this beer is like.

Very good malty beer with a good sweetness and flavor. No distinctive taste over than a nice malt. Good.

Wonderful smell, reddis orange cloudy, sweet and bubby. Pretty good

Excellent dry flavor that's close to champagne but still retaining a big and robust flavor.

Zesty, sweet, with a velvety mouthfeel.
