VERY unfiltered!

Great cream head. Aroma is soft on yeast and brings more sweet hop and malt, giving a little chocolate to the red toastiness. Flavor is dry and well carbonated, big bread and honey with some citrus. Dig it, excellent chilled, and definitely underrated!

Light amber in color. Very little head but consistent lace. Bitter from start to finish with undertones of caramel and brown sugar.

Sweet at first barely. Then pretty bitter at end. Better than i remember but not great. DEF bad. Had it a second time at yardhouse

pleasant caramel taste, the carbonation fizzles nicely on your tongue, very drinkable, but not mind blowing - 3.5

Very good. First taste was so-so but it tasted better as I drank.

Good beer for the style, very nice with couscous, sausage, marinated vegetables.
Update: Also decent with chicken chili.

Easy to drink

Copper amber colored beer poured into Imperial pint glass. Frothy three finger head leaves moderate lace.
Sweet malt, caramel and nutty aromas and flavors. Hop bitterness makes for clean and dry finish. Medium body with moderate carbonation. Very drinkable and enjoyable brew from a great brewery.
