Draft, pint
Pours a very hazy golden straw color with a full finger of white head that eventually dissolves to a decent film. Belgian yeast is evident in the aroma, but mixes weirdly with the hop aroma. Citra kind of overpowers the Centennial and Simcoe a bit. The flavor is initially sweet, and stays sweet throughout. The hop sweetness is huge on this one. There's a slight bitterness which dances underneath to scrub the palate clean. It's very refreshing and delicious. Has a more medium mouthfeel, with a medium wet finish. It's very nice.
