davl22 - September 3, 2014Blend of saison and 3 yr old coolship. Straw color, pearl white frothy head, smells like citrus, hay, funk, white wine, tropical fruit, spice, flavor is bright and tangy, great barrel character, drinks like HF Arthur or Crooked stave, amazing wild ale
***aged additionally in the bottle for 1 year, super robust carbonation now, Lemon/Hay, funk, bright and citrusy, wish I had more bottles, would love to see how this does long term
